Party Package and Pool Rental information

The Latshmere Swim Club is pleased to offer two different party packages for you this summer:

# 1 - The Day Party Package

• For parties held during pool hours (12-8 p.m.).
• All of the food and picnic supplies are provided by you.
• We reserve the picnic tables for your use and provide access to a gas grill and a refrigerator/freezer.

FEES:
For pool members: A $10 deposit is due with the reservation form to hold the picnic tables and gas grill. Members of the pool are free to attend. Regular guest fees apply for each non-member guest ($5 per person before 5 PM, $3 per person after 5 PM, and children under 2 are free). Non-members must pay the guest fee rate to gain admittance to pool area regardless if they will be using the pool or not.

For non-members: A $25 deposit is due with the reservation form to hold the picnic tables and gas grill. Regular guest fees apply for all additional non-member party guests. Non-members must pay the guest fee rate to gain admittance to pool area regardless if they will be using the pool or not.

#2 - The Evening Party Package

• For parties held AFTER pool hours (8-11 p.m.).
• You bring your food and picnic supplies. We provide picnic tables and access to a gas grill and refrigerator/freezer.
• Lifeguards are required and will be provided for pool use. Management will determine based on the size of the party how many lifeguards will be needed.

FEES:
or pool members: $150 flat fee by a pool member which covers the entire rental. $75 deposit due with reservation fee.

For non-members: $200 flat fee for non-member which covers the entire rental. $100 deposit due with reservation fee.

Payment is due in full on arrival to the party. You are also responsible for paying $10 per hour for each lifeguard on duty. We need an accurate head count no later than 48 hours in advance to determine the number of guards needed.
