- The Pool Manager and staff, in their discretion, are responsible for the enforcement of all rules and regulations regarding pool use. They are authorized to pursue such actions that may be reasonable and appropriate to such enforcement. Obey the pool lifeguards at all times.
- Activities that infringe the enjoyment and safety of others are prohibited.
- No person shall talk to or otherwise distract the attention of the lifeguard-on-duty unless there is an emergency.
- Parents are responsible for the supervision of their child(ren) in the pool area.
- Any non-swimmers and/or children with flotation devices in the main pool must be accompanied in the pool by a responsible swimmer age 13 or older.
- Only children six years of age and under may use the wading pool. There is not a lifeguard assigned to the wading pool area. Parents are solely responsible for their child(ren)’s safety.
- Walk only. No running is allowed on the pool deck.
- No person shall engage in indecent or offensive conduct or use profane or vulgar language.
- Food, beverages, and refreshments shall be consumed only on the deck and grass areas. No food, drink or gum is allowed in either pool. All refuse is to be deposited in the appropriate receptacles provided. Glass is not permitted anywhere in the pool complex.
- No rowdy or unruly behavior such as horseplay, fighting, or excessive splashing is permitted.
- Lap lanes are for lap swimmers only. When more than two swimmers are in a lap lane, swimmers must circle-swim.
- Diving is allowed only in designated areas.
- Swimming suits must be worn in the pool. No cut-offs are allowed.
- Beach balls, Nerf balls and inner tubes will be allowed in the pool and grass areas at the discretion of the Pool Staff. They must be used in a responsible manner.
- Skateboards and other wheeled vehicles may not be ridden on the pool property. Bicycles should be walked to the rack.
