30th Annual Willowood Invitational Swim Meet

Our warmup is 3:40 - 4:00 PM, so please, be there no later than 3:20 PM. One way sprints and starts will be done 4:40 - 4:50 PM.

• Swimmers MUST swim in their AGE group as of JUNE 1, 2010.

Meet Guidelines
This meet is for NOVICE SWIMMERS ONLY. (Novice: defined as a swimmer who was NOT a member of any organized swim team, high school swim team or aquatics club between 8/15/09 and 6/1/10). This meet is for summer swimmers only; it is their chance to excel.

Latshmere swimmers will be warming up at 4:45 - 5:05 PM in Lane 6.
Please be at the Middletown Pool no later than 4:25 PM.

Swimmer Entries
• Swimmers MUST swim their age as of JUNE 1, 2010.
• Each swimmer may enter 4 individual events and one relay.

Awards
• Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in individual events and 1st place in relays.
